三菱重工自1955年起就生产UE系列二冲程船用柴油机,这些年来对该系列不断开发,现又推出一种新的长行程LS系列机型(图1)。这种新的LS系列机的活塞行程加长15%,转速下降10%、功率提高15%。此外,LS系列机还保留着LA系列机的低油耗、装船简便和维护保养方便等传统特色。 LS系列有60LS和52LS两种型号,功率范围1134~14323kW,可广泛满足各种深水船舶的动力需求。这种柴油机持续运行状态时的平均有效压力为17bar,采用MET-SC型增压器。从试验台试验获得,在100%输出功率和扫气压力
Mitsubishi Heavy Industries has been producing UE series two-stroke marine diesel engines since 1955. Over the years, the series has been continuously developed and a new long-stroke LS series is now available (Figure 1). The new LS Series has a 15% longer piston stroke, 10% lower speed and 15% more power. In addition, LS series machines also retain the LA series of low fuel consumption, easy shipping and maintenance of traditional features such as ease of maintenance. LS Series has 60LS and 52LS two models, the power range of 1134 ~ 14323kW, can meet a wide range of deep-water ships power needs.
