为了正确评价我国在探讨图书馆学研究对象问题方面取得的成果,文章提出以现代科学的方法论为检验依据,并就图书馆学研究对象问题的科学性、实证方法和规范方法的利弊、研究方法的数据要求、研究结论的性质展开讨论。主要结论是:我国现有的关于图书馆学的研究对象问题的研究都不属于严格的实证研究,而是属于规范研究;其结论不是图书馆学研究对象必然是什么,而是应该是什么。由于历史性数据无法实证未来,因此关于图书馆学的研究对象的未来必然是见仁见智的,多种观点并存是其常态。只有经过实践检验的答案才具有相对真理性;无数这样的答案构成图书馆学主体对于客体的历史性解答。
In order to correctly evaluate the achievements made by our country in the study of the subject of library science, the article proposes that the methodology of modern science be used as the test basis and the pros and cons of the scientific, empirical and normative methods of the research object of library science, the research methods The data requirements, the nature of the conclusion of the study to discuss. The main conclusion is that none of the current research on the subject of library science in our country belongs to the strict empirical research, but rather to the normative study.
