AIDS is a chronic, high-lethal infectious disease characterized by immunodeficiency virus deficiency caused by human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection. CD4 + T cells are the main targets of HIV damage, HIV can cause progressive loss of CD4 + T lymphocytes and limited function [1-2]. In the early stage of HIV infection, CD8 + T cells are increased and target cells infected with virus are killed by secreting various cytokines. The high expression of CD8 + T cells is positively correlated with viral load [3]. However, as the disease progresses, CD8 + T cells Consumption will be reduced. The correlation between CD4 + T cells, CD8 + T cell counts and viral load has been of interest to researchers [4-6]. This study examined the relationship between viral load and counts of CD4 + T cells and CD8 + T cells in asymptomatic infected individuals.
