兼职教师是高职院校师资队伍的重要组成部分,他们对于改善学校的师资结构,加强实践教学环节,提高教育教学质量起到重要的作用。近年来,我国高职院校的兼职教师队伍建设取得了一定成绩,积累了一些经验,但从总体上看,在聘任制度、队伍建设、管理措施等方面还存在亟待解决的问题。为此,高职院校要在加强专任教师队伍建设的同时。也要高度重视兼职教师队伍建设,把它作为师资队伍建设的重要内容来抓,使兼职教师队伍建设工作从聘任到管理都走上制度化、规范化的轨道,力争尽快建成一支理论水平较高、实践能力较强、结构合理、比例适当、相对稳定的兼职教师队伍,以适应高职教育的快速发展。
Part-time teachers are an important part of the teaching staff in higher vocational colleges.
