利用8个玉米单倍体诱导系,按照NCⅡ方法进行杂交组配28个诱导系F1,与6个骨干自交系京724、京92、京X005、昌7-2、郑58和农系531杂交,进行诱导率测验,分析诱导系诱导率的配合力及其遗传特性。结果表明,诱导系JKY044、JKY043、JKY042的一般配合力效应较高,是优良的育种材料。特殊配合力分析表明,3个诱导系组合JKY042/JKY044、JKY005/JKY041、JKY042/JKY046诱导率的特殊配合力效应较高。遗传参数分析表明,诱导率主要以加性效应为主,可通过不断选择来提高诱导率。同时,诱导率的狭义遗传力较高,宜在早代进行选择。
Eight inducible lines F1 and six inbred lines were inbred lines of Beijing 724, Beijing 92, Beijing X005, Chang 7-2, Zheng 58 and Department of Agriculture 531 Hybridization, the induction rate test, analysis of the induction of the induction rate of the combining ability and its genetic characteristics. The results showed that JKY044, JKY043 and JKY042 had higher general combining ability and were good breeding materials. The analysis of special combining ability showed that the combining ability of three induction lines with JKY042 / JKY044, JKY005 / JKY041 and JKY042 / JKY046 had higher specific combining ability. Genetic parameter analysis showed that the induction rate is mainly based on additive effect, which can be improved by continuous selection. In the meantime, the narrow heritability of inducibility is high, and should be chosen in the early generation.
