人民教育家陶行知说:“使学生得学之乐而耐学之苦,才是教育的正轨。”这是很有道理的。在教学过程中起主导作用的教师,应诱导学生感受到学习的乐趣,使他们始终保持高度的学习热情,并能以坚韧不拔的意志去克服学习中遇到的重重困难,在他们通过艰苦的劳动有所长进之时,再引导他们进一步体验学习的乐趣。学生“得学之乐”才能“耐学之苦”,“耐学之苦”才能进一步“得学之乐”。怎样才能使学生“得学之乐而耐学之苦”呢?
Tao Xingzhi, the people’s educator, said: “It is education’s right track to make students learn and enjoy learning.” This is very reasonable. Teachers who play a leading role in the teaching process should induce students to feel the joy of learning, so that they always maintain a high degree of enthusiasm for learning, and they will be able to overcome the difficulties encountered in learning through perseverance and hardship. When the labor is advanced, they are guided to further experience the joy of learning. Students can “learn to learn” to “bear the hardships of learning” and “treating the hardships of learning” can be further “the joy of learning.” How can we make students “learning and learning hard”?
