虽然完善企业经营者激励机制的重点在于建立长期激励机制,而长期激励的有效方式是股票期权和经营者持有股权,但是对于股票期权这种形式的使用,一定要慎之又慎。财政部官员在由国家人事部行政管理科学研究所主办的“管理和技术参与分配的形式与方法高级研讨会”上表示了上述观点。
