本文用水模拟的方法研究了多角形燃烧室内流体运动的特征,用染色法和粒子示踪法拍摄了流动照片。试验表明:多角形燃烧室具有比圆形燃烧室远为强烈的紊流掺混过程。据此可以合理解释具有这种燃烧室的发动机实验中的一系列结果。
In this paper, the characteristics of fluid motion in a polygonal combustion chamber were studied by using water simulation method. The photographs of the flow were taken by the dyeing method and particle tracing method. Experiments show that the polygonal combustion chamber has far stronger turbulent mixing process than the circular combustion chamber. A series of results in an engine experiment with such a combustion chamber can thus be reasonably explained.
