一、方案分析目前对于光电显微镜的应用,我们都采用调制器方式的相敏法与脉冲相位法。它们共同点是采用单管差动系统,其求差讯号的获得是采用作简谐运动的调制器(振子),使线纹的像相对狭缝振动(或光缝的像相对线纹振动)。它们之间的区别在于电学处理方法上,前者是按照光电仗号幅度特征处理的,后者是按照光电仗号的相位特征处理的。由于处理方法不同,反映出来的仪器灵敏度受其他因素影响程度也不同。对于相敏法光电显微镜的仪器灵敏度为:
