目的:通过观察综合性医院档案管理在医院档案管理中的应用效果,并提出相应的改进措施,为医院档案管理提供参考依据。方法:根据卫生部门对医院档案管理方面指定的相关执行标准,并结合医院实际特点,对档案管理的实际情况进行探讨析,对医院档案管理中存在的问题进行详细分析,并提出针对性处理措施。结果:医院对档案管理工作的重视度不高,导致档案管理效率偏低;档案管理制度不完善,导致档案的实际作用未能得到有效发挥;档案管理相关工作人员的专业素质较低,直接影响了医院档案管理的管理质量;档案管理配套设备过于陈旧,当下医院多数档案管理管理者仍选用传统的人工管理模进行管理。这些问题都限制了医院档案管理工作科学持续性的展开,笔者所在医院采取的而是综合性医院档案管理措施,综合性的应用较为全面,通过提高医院对档案管理工作的重视程度;合理利用医院档案资源,提高档案的管理质量,实现其应有的应用价值;构建完善科学的医院档案管理机制,提升档案管理工作者的专业素质;加大投资力度,促进档案管理适应现代化建设模式。结论:通过综合性医院档案管理在医院档案管理中的应用,规避了传统档案管理制度中存在的缺陷,提升了档案管理的质量和效率。
Objective: To observe the application effect of comprehensive hospital records management in hospital records management, and to put forward corresponding improvement measures to provide references for hospital records management. Methods: According to the relevant implementation standards specified by the health department in the hospital archives management, and combined with the actual characteristics of the hospital, the actual situation of the archives management was discussed and analyzed. The problems existing in the hospital archives management were analyzed in detail and the pertinent treatment measures . Results: The hospital attached less importance to the file management, which resulted in the lower efficiency of the file management. The incomplete file management system resulted in the actual effect of the file being not effectively brought into play. The professional quality of the file management staff was low and directly affected The quality of the management of hospital records management; records management equipment is too old, the current majority of hospital records management managers still use the traditional manual management mode management. These problems have limited the scientific continuity of hospital records management work, the author’s hospital but taken comprehensive hospital file management measures, the comprehensive application is more comprehensive, by increasing the hospital’s emphasis on file management work; rational use of the hospital Archives resources to improve the quality of archives management, to achieve its due application value; to establish and improve the scientific hospital archives management mechanism to enhance the professional quality of archivist management; increase investment and promote archives management to adapt to the mode of modernization. Conclusion: Through the application of comprehensive hospital archives management in hospital archives management, it avoids the defects in the traditional archives management system and enhances the quality and efficiency of archives management.
