背景:随着国家“两为主”政策的实施,越来越多的外来务工人员子女进入流入地公办学校。无锡本地学生与外地学生混合编班后,班级个体差异大,异质性增强。这给班级管理带来很大困难。如何使这些“祖国的花朵”在进入学校后,融合并提高,是目前需要探索的问题。初一(2)班46名学生中,六名无锡生源,其他都是外来务工人员子女。班级中学生来自全国各地。他们在学习基础、思维倾向、行为习惯等方面存在很大差异。刚接班时,我发现学生体型比平行班大,而且比较活跃。初进班级时,他们就像浑身长满了刺,肢体摩擦、攻击行为不断。有几个
Background: With the implementation of the national “two-oriented” policy, more and more migrant workers’ children have entered the influx of public schools.
