随着我国融合教育理念的发展,越来越多的特殊需要学生进入普通高校完成高等教育,但高校具体的融合教育实践并没有跟上需求。以浙江某高职院校为例,尝试分析可行的高校融合教育策略。高校融合教育应从对特殊需要学生的评估为基础进行的专业选择开始,同时注重对教师融合教育知识的培训,包括职前与在职理论培训及大量丰富的案例分析,而高校所在地的特殊教育学校作为资源中心,应及时为高校提供特殊教育的支持,此外校内的普特生融合也对特殊需要学生的社交及人格发展有着重要的积极意义。
With the development of the concept of integrated education in our country, more and more special needs students enter colleges and universities to complete higher education. However, the specific practice of integrated education in colleges and universities has not kept up with the demand. Taking a higher vocational college in Zhejiang Province as an example, this paper tries to analyze feasible university integration education strategy. The university integrated education should begin with the professional selection based on the assessment of students with special needs. At the same time, emphasis should be placed on the training of teachers on the integration of educational knowledge, including pre-service and on-the-job training and a large number of rich case studies. The special education schools Resource centers should provide special education support to colleges and universities in a timely manner. In addition, the integration of Putu students in schools also plays an important and positive role in the social and personality development of special needs students.
