在二战结束后的一段时期中,绝大多数国家采取了利率管制措施。然而上个世纪70年代初起,利率管制的弊端在积累之中暴露得日益充分,80年代以来利率市场化成为世界性潮流。伴随着利率市场化,利率水平在全球范围呈上升趋势。在世界各国利率市场化进程中,有成功的经验,也有失败的教训。在我国,利率市场化早有呼声,但由于种种因素,特别是担心利率市场化导致利率失控,以至迟迟未能付诸实施。然而,利率市场化是大势所趋,本文拟就我国利率市场化的必要性和可行性等问题进行探讨。
During the period after World War II, the vast majority of countries adopted interest rate control measures. However, since the early 1970s, the drawbacks of interest rate control have been increasingly exposed in the accumulation. Since the 1980s, the marketization of interest rates has become a worldwide trend. With the marketization of interest rates, interest rates are on a global upward trend. In the process of marketization of interest rates in various countries of the world, there are successful experiences as well as failed lessons. In our country, there have been calls for the marketization of interest rates, but due to various factors, especially the fear that the marketization of interest rates will lead to the uncontrolled interest rates and their implementation will be delayed. However, the marketization of interest rates is the trend of the times. This article intends to discuss the necessity and feasibility of the marketization of interest rates in China.
