反观课堂教学,我们不难看出,尽管教师们在教学中主观上很努力,但还是摆脱不了传统教学模式的影响。课堂上,教师高高在上,频频发问、繁冗的分析使人晕头转向;台下的学生表情漠然,或低头,或颔首,或齐声合答,似乎成了一个个被动灌输知识的接纳器。那么如何调动学生的主观能动性、体现学生的学习个性,让学生生动活泼地主动发展,形成师生互动的和谐课堂呢?唯一的办法就是改进课堂,变教师的单向传授知识为学生自主参与学习。即教师要成为架设在学生与课文之间的桥梁,充分调动每个学生学习的积极性,倡导自主学习,努力为每一个学生提供表现自我的机会。
In contrast with classroom teaching, it is not difficult for us to see that despite the subjective efforts of teachers in teaching, they still can not get rid of the influence of traditional teaching mode. In the classroom, teachers are lofty, questioning frequently, and cumbersome analysis confusing. Undergraduates are indifferent, bowed, or shouted in unison, and seem to have become passive receivers of knowledge. So how to mobilize the students ’subjective initiative, reflect the students’ learning personality, let the students take the initiative to develop in a lively manner, and form a harmonious classroom where teachers and students interact? The only way is to improve the classroom, change the one-way transfer of teachers knowledge for students to participate in learning on their own . That is to say, teachers should be bridged between students and texts to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of each student to learn and to promote self-study so as to provide every student with opportunities to express themselves.
