安全防坠是附着式升降脚手架的关键技术之一,针对其他结构形式防坠装置设计中的缺陷,分析了基于非能动技术星轮防坠装置的结构特点和工作原理,按照棘轮强度计算方法,对防坠装置的核心部件进行了强度校核。计算结果表明,内棘齿和楔块的强度均满足要求;通过脚手架防坠性能测试证明,整个架体发生坠落时,每处防坠装置均能瞬间制动,阻止架体继续坠落,且4个机位下坠的距离均未超过国家标准规定值。该防坠装置制动有效,安全可靠,有广阔的推广应用前景。
Safety fall prevention is one of the key technologies of the attached lifting scaffold. In view of the defects in the design of fall prevention devices of other structural forms, the structural characteristics and working principle of the star fall prevention device based on the passive technology are analyzed.
