研究控制轧制工艺参数对热轧低合金相变诱导塑性(TRIP)薄板组织与性能影响的结果表明,控制好热轧工艺参数可使0.32C-2.07Si-1.6Mn钢的热轧薄板强度极限(σ_b)达1000 MPa,延伸率(δ)25%左右的高水平;δ与钢板的残留奥氏体量(γ_R)成正比,钢板塑性提高的原因是残留奥氏体相变诱导塑性效应的结果。
The results of researching the influence of control rolling process parameters on microstructure and properties of hot rolled low alloy phase transition induced plasticity (TRIP) sheet show that the control of hot rolling process parameters can make the strength limit of hot rolled sheet of 0.32C-2.07Si-1.6Mn steel (σ_b) is up to 1000 MPa and elongation (δ) is about 25%. δ is proportional to the amount of retained austenite (γ_R) in the steel sheet. The reason for the increase in plasticity of the steel sheet is that the retained austenite transformation induces a plastic effect result.
