编辑活动是编辑主体为实现一定目的 ,运用以创造想象为核心的创造思维所进行的创造活动。具体表现为对作者的文本进行再创造 ;策划并组织选题 ;将编辑的经验积累升华为编辑理论和规律性知识 ,推动编辑学研究不断取得新的进展。编辑运用创造思维的动力来自实现自我价值的内在需求 ,其实质是实现人的本质力量的自我印证。运用创造思维需要创造者进入积极的思维状态 ,并具备心理、知识和修养等方面的素质条件 ;同时也要有能够激活内在需求从而产生创造动机的客观对象。值得注意的是 ,不能将编辑创造思维和编辑个性与风格混为一谈。否则将导致编辑主体在选择及加工稿件过程中的随意性 ,有碍于主体创造性的正常发挥。
Editing activities are the creative activities that the main body of the editors use to create thinking based on the creation of imagination for a certain purpose. The concrete manifestation is to re-create the author’s text, to plan and organize the topics, to elevate the accumulated experience of editors into editorial theory and regular knowledge, and to make new progress in editorial research. The motivation for editing and applying the creative thinking comes from the intrinsic demand of realizing self-worth, and its essence is self-confirmation of realizing the essence of human beings. The use of creative thinking requires that creators enter a positive state of mind and possess the qualities of mentality, knowledge and accomplishment. At the same time, they must also have the objective object of activating their inner needs so as to create motivation. It is worth noting that you can not confuse editors’ creative thinking with editorial personality and style. Otherwise, it will lead to the randomness of the editing subject in selecting and processing manuscripts, hindering the normal development of the subject’s creativity.
