目的观察力平脂治疗中青年糖尿病合并高脂血症的疗效。方法选择中青年糖尿病合并高脂血症者68例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各34例,2组均给予低糖低脂饮食、适当运动、降糖治疗。治疗组在基础治疗上加用力平脂100mg bid,疗程8周。8周后比较2组疗效。结果 2组均能有效缓解临床症状,改善血脂水平,但治疗组明显优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论力平脂治疗中青年糖尿病合并高脂血症疗效显著。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Liping Tablet on middle-aged and young patients with diabetes and hyperlipidemia. Methods Sixty-eight middle-aged and young people with diabetes mellitus and hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into treatment group (34 cases) and control group (34 cases). Both groups were given low-glycemic and low-fat diet, moderate exercise and hypoglycemic treatment. The treatment group in the basic treatment plus force Ping fat 100mg bid, treatment for 8 weeks. After 8 weeks, the two groups were compared. Results Both groups were effective in relieving clinical symptoms and improving blood lipid levels, but the treatment group was significantly better than the control group (all P <0.05). Conclusion Liping Lipid treatment of young and middle-aged diabetic patients with hyperlipidemia effect.
