偏头痛以植物神经损害为主。为了评价偏头痛病人的植物神经的调节,作者对10例偏头痛发作期病人(未服任何药物)进行了心率波动光谱分析,以9例健康人和8例肌紧张性头痛病人做为对照。每例病人均做24小时Holter 记录心电图(ECG)。每半小时,应用高能光谱计算心率,进行短时ECG 描记,并监测R 波型。心率波动光谱分析结果表明对照组与偏头痛患者有显著差异。偏头痛患者低节律波动(low freq-uency fluctuations)在白天明显增加(P<0.01),在夜间增加更显著(P<0.0006)。在呼吸频率带(r-espiratory frequency band)中,偏头痛患者与对照组均无明显变化。肌紧张性头痛患者与正常人相同,
Migraine headache mainly to the autonomic nerve. To assess the regulation of autonomic nerves in migraineurs, the authors performed heart rate fluctuation spectroscopy in 10 migraine attacks (without any medication), with 9 healthy individuals and 8 patients with muscular tension headache as controls. Holter recorded electrocardiogram (ECG) for 24 hours in each patient. Every half an hour, high energy spectroscopy is used to calculate heart rate, to perform short-term ECG tracing, and to monitor R-wave patterns. Heart rate fluctuation spectroscopy results showed that the control group and migraine patients have significant differences. Low freq-uency fluctuations in migraine patients were significantly increased during the day (P <0.01) and more significantly at night (P <0.0006).
