北京市石景山区、上海市杨浦区,天津市红桥区的绿化交流活动,在中央绿委的组织领导,三市有关领导的关心指导下,已经顺利地开展了五个年头。五年来三市绿化协作区,认真贯彻执行中共中央、国务院《关于深入扎实地开展绿化祖国运动的指示》精神,绿化工作年年有发展,年年有提高,通过三市区的协作交流、参观观摩、相互学习、共同前进。大大地推动了三市绿化协作区的绿化建设,逐步向高水平、深层次发展。北京石景山区、上海杨浦区和天津红桥区连续几年被评为各市绿化先进区。三市绿化协作区交流活动,第二轮的两年中,在原协作交流内容的基础上,又增添了新的内涵,把交流观摩引向高层次的学术研讨,论文宣读,为三市绿化协作区的建设提供了方向性指导性的借鉴,两年来受益匪浅。
The greening exchange activities in Shijingshan district of Beijing, Yangpu district of Shanghai and Hongqiao district of Tianjin have been successfully carried out for five years under the care and guidance of the leaders of the Central Green Committee and the leaders of the three cities. In the past five years, the three cities’ afforestation cooperation areas have conscientiously implemented the spirit of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council’s “Instructions for Deepening Solid Development of the Motherland Movement.” The afforestation work has been developed year after year, and has been improved year by year. It has been coordinated and exchanged through the three urban areas. Observe, learn from each other, and move forward together. Greatly promoted the afforestation cooperation in the three cities, and gradually developed to a higher level and deeper level. Beijing Shijingshan District, Shanghai Yangpu District and Tianjin Hongqiao District have been rated as advanced greening districts in cities for several consecutive years. During the second round of the two rounds of exchange activities in the three cities’ green cooperation areas, new content was added on the basis of the contents of the original collaboration and exchange, and the exchanges and observations were introduced to high-level academic discussions and the papers were read out for the three cities’ greening cooperation. The construction of the district has provided directional guidance and has benefited greatly in the past two years.
