本文在分析研究已有的生态补偿标准测算方法的基础上,结合林区的特点,以神农架林区为研究对象,通过在神农架木鱼镇木鱼坪、木鱼村进行实地调研,运用互联网技术及条件价值法(CVM)对神农架游客的支付意愿(WTP)和居民的补偿意愿(WTA)进行分析测算。得出以下结论:在不考虑其他影响因素的情况下,应用非参数估计法,得出神农架林区生态补偿标准为413.08元/(人·年)。
Based on the analysis of the existing ecological compensation standard measurement methods and the characteristics of the forest area, taking Shennongjia forest area as the research object, through field investigation at Muyuping and Muyu Village, Muyu Town, Shennongjia, this paper makes use of Internet technology and condition value Law (CVM) Shennongjia tourists willingness to pay (WTP) and residents willingness to compensation (WTA) analysis and calculation. Draw the following conclusions: Without considering other factors, using nonparametric estimation method, we can draw the ecological compensation rate of 413.08 yuan / person / year in Shennongjia forest area.
