目的:探讨蛋白酶激活受体-2(protease-activated receptor-2,PAR-2)及微血管密度(microvessel density,MVD)在正常宫颈组织、宫颈原位癌、宫颈浸润癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化SP法分别检测PAR-2及MVD在15例正常宫颈组织、20例宫颈原位癌组织、70例宫颈浸润癌组织中的表达。结果:宫颈浸润癌组织中PAR-2及MVD表达明显高于正常宫颈组(P<0.01),二者在宫颈浸润癌盆腔淋巴结转移组和未转移组比较差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01),与病理分级无关,PAR-2阳性表达组织中MVD明显高于阴性组织(P<0.01)。结论:PAR-2及MVD与宫颈癌的侵袭和淋巴转移密切相关。
Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of protease-activated receptor-2 (PAR-2) and microvessel density (MVD) in normal cervical tissue, cervical carcinoma in situ and invasive cervical carcinoma . Methods: The expressions of PAR-2 and MVD in 15 cases of normal cervical tissue, 20 cases of cervical carcinoma in situ and 70 cases of invasive cervical carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results: The expression of PAR-2 and MVD in invasive cervical carcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal cervical tissue (P <0.01), and there was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01) ). The MVD in PAR-2 positive tissues was significantly higher than that in negative tissues (P <0.01). Conclusion: PAR-2 and MVD are closely related to the invasion and lymphatic metastasis of cervical cancer.
