不同成熟时期的番茄,其果皮和隔壁部位的乙烯释放量与脂肪氧合酶(LOX)活性变化趋势一致;外施LOX底物亚油酸、亚麻酸,可促进番茄组织的乙烯释放,而非LOX底物的饱和脂肪酸对乙烯释放没有明显的促进作用;外施LOX代谢产物茉莉酮酸、愈创木酸亦可促进乙烯释放,而LOX抑制剂对乙烯释放有抑制作用。对LOX及LOX途径与番茄乙烯释放及衰老生理的关系做了讨论。
The results showed that the release of ethylene in the pericarp and the adjacent wall of the tomato at different mature stages had the same tendency as that of the lipoxygenase (LOX). Exogenous linoleic acid and linolenic acid could promote the release of ethylene from tomato tissue, Saturated fatty acids of LOX substrates did not significantly promote the release of ethylene. In addition, LOX metabolites jasmonic acid and guaiac acid could also promote the release of ethylene, while LOX inhibitors inhibited the release of ethylene. The relationship between LOX and LOX pathway and tomato ethylene release and senescence physiology was discussed.
