随着我国社会主义经济建设的不断发展,我国企业已经迎来了一个新的发展阶段。为了能够更好地适应新时代新环境的要求,就需要企业管理人员不断引进先进的管理理念来更新我国企业的管理方法,做到用科学的方法来实现企业的更好更快发展。激励理论是一项已经得到广泛验证可行的科学管理理论,这项理论在我国企业管理中发挥了巨大的作用,为我国的企业发展走科学化道路,走现代化道路,走创新化道路提供了理论依据,也为我国的经济建设提供了良好的理论支持。本文从激励理论的相关概念入手,阐述这项理论在具体的企业管理中的实际应用。
