我科于1981～1986年对30例急性肾小球肾炎患儿,采用654-2治疗,效果较好,现报告如下:1 对象与方法1.1 对象 治疗组:30例,年龄最小3岁,最大13岁,男性19例,女性11例。其中3～6岁16例,7～11岁12例,>12岁2例。对照组:30例,年龄最小2岁,最大13岁。男性18例,女性12例。其中2～2.5岁2例,3～6岁6例,7～11岁14例,>12岁8例。
