研究了陈化过程中不同程度含青烤烟的类胡萝卜素降解产物含量及吸食品质的变化。结果表明:①随着陈化时间的延长,烟叶类胡萝卜降解产物含量和评吸总分呈现出先上升后下降的趋势;②中部橘黄烟叶和微带青烟叶的类胡萝卜素降解产物到达顶峰时的含量高于青黄烟叶,且到达顶峰时的时间要早;③纸箱包装烟叶的类胡萝卜素降解产物到达顶峰时的含量高于纸箱内衬塑料袋包装的烟叶,且到达顶峰时的时间要早;④陈化期间烟叶评吸总分与类胡萝卜素降解产物含量的变化规律呈现正相关性。陈化有利于含青烟叶的品质提高,采用纸箱包装优于纸箱内衬塑料袋包装。
The changes of carotenoid degradation products and smoking quality of flue-cured tobacco with different degrees of aging were studied. The results showed that: (1) As the aging time prolonged, the content and total score of degradation products of carrot showed the trend of first rising and then decreasing; ②The content of carotenoid degradation products in the leaves of central orange and microstrip reached the peak Content higher than the green tobacco leaves, and the time to reach the peak early; ③ carton packaging tobacco carotenoid degradation products peaked at a higher level than cartons lined with plastic bags of tobacco, and the peak time to be early ; ④ There was a positive correlation between the total score of tobacco leaf suction and the content of carotenoid degradation products during aging. Aging helps to improve the quality of tobacco leaves, using carton packaging is better than carton lined with plastic bag packaging.
