蒙台梭利教学法自1994年引入我国,当时人们对新鲜事物、理念的接受度和包容度较高,没有将蒙台梭利教学法经过本土化过程便直接套用,全盘照搬,导致在实践应用中问题频现,随后便逐渐陷入了发展瓶颈期。直至2000年初期,蒙台梭利教学法又被推上了风口浪尖,过度的本土化又使得蒙台梭利教学法的教学理念和教育初衷与现实背道而驰,进退两难。在上述发展过程中,蒙台梭利教师的影响重大。对此,本文客观分析了蒙台梭利教师队伍存在的现实问题,并结合当下实际提出了推动蒙台梭利教师队伍专业化发展的可行思路,以期与同行参考交流,共促进步。
Montessori teaching method was introduced to our country since 1994, when people accepted new ideas and concepts with high tolerance, did not apply the Montessori teaching method directly to the process of localization, Problems frequently occur in the application, then gradually fell into the bottleneck of development. Until the early 2000s, Montessori teaching method was pushed to the cusp again. Excessive localization made the Montessori teaching method’s teaching idea and educational intention run counter to the reality. In the course of development, Montessori teachers have a significant impact. In this regard, this paper objectively analyzes the practical problems existing in the Montessori teachers team, and puts forward feasible ideas to promote the professional development of Montessori teachers in the light of the actual situation in the hope of exchanging references with counterparts for a total promotion.
