十多年来,温州市农科所有成了一系列(即温麦系列)抗赤霉病小麦新品种。其研究结果表明,(1)在本地区自然条件下,能满足小麦发病的需要,可有效鉴别赤霉病抗性的强弱和稳定性;(2)选有丰产、耐湿、转色好等综合性状较好而不抗赤的亲本材料,可育成中抗赤霉病、丰产稳产的温麦系列小麦新品种(系);(3)采用以复交为主的多亲本杂交方式,在常发病区进行连续抗赤选择,通过阶递育种的方法,是抗赤育种的有效途径。
For more than a decade, all of Wenzhou’s agricultural sciences have become a series of new wheat varieties resistant to scab. The results showed that: (1) Under natural conditions in the region, it can meet the needs of wheat disease, which can effectively identify the strength and stability of scab resistance; (2) Select a high yield, moisture resistance, good color and so on (P <0.05); (3) The new wheat variety (line) of wheat variety Wenmai which was resistant to Fusarium head blight and stable yield was synthesized; (3) District continuous anti-red selection, through the order of breeding methods, is an effective way to resist red breeding.
