目的:探讨慢性肾功能衰竭合并冠心病心律失常患者应用左卡尼汀的实际价值。方法:选取本院收治的80例慢性肾功能衰竭合并冠心病心律失常患者进行分组研究,结合临床随机表法将其平均地列入观察组与对照组,对照组行常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予左卡尼汀。结果:治疗后,两组左室舒张末径、左室收缩末径、左室短轴缩短率和左室射血分数比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组冠心病的治疗有效率是95.0%,心律失常的治疗有效率是80.0%,对照组冠心病的治疗有效率是92.5%,心律失常的治疗有效率是77.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:慢性肾功能衰竭合并冠心病心律失常患者的治疗中,左卡尼汀的疗效显著。
Objective: To explore the practical value of levocarnitine in patients with chronic renal failure and coronary heart disease. Methods: 80 cases of patients with chronic renal failure and coronary heart disease who were admitted to our hospital were divided into two groups according to randomized clinical trial. The patients in the control group were treated routinely. Group given on the basis of levocarnitine. Results: After treatment, the left ventricular diastolic diameter, left ventricular end systolic diameter, left ventricular fractional shortening and left ventricular ejection fraction were significantly different (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: L-carnitine has a significant therapeutic effect in the treatment of patients with chronic renal failure and coronary heart disease.
