直接还原金属化产品,根据其还原度的不同主要有三个方面的应用:1)还原到75%金属铁的产品,可作高炉精料。2)还原到90%金属铁的产品,可入电炉炼钢。3)还原到95%金属铁的产品,可作粉末冶金的原料。鉴于全世界对粗钢需要量的增长,以及废钢供应紧张和价格上涨,所以目前国外绝大部分的金属化产品(如图所示)被当作废钢的代用品,入电炉炼钢。因此本文仅就国外用金属化产品在电炉中炼钢的情况作概略的介绍。
Direct reduction of metal products, according to their different degrees of reduction There are three main applications: 1) reduced to 75% metal iron products, can be blast furnace concentrate. 2) Reduction to 90% metallic iron products, can be electric furnace steelmaking. 3) Reduction to 95% metal iron products, can be used for powder metallurgy raw materials. In view of the world’s increasing demand for crude steel, as well as the tight supply of scrap and rising prices, the vast majority of metallurgical products (as shown in the figure) are currently used as scrap substitutes in electric furnaces for steelmaking. Therefore, this article only on foreign metallurgical products in the EAF steel making a brief introduction.
