在普通高中课程改革过程中,教师素质和能力成为关注的一个重要话题。基于北京市高中学生对教师发展期望的问卷调查表明,学生较为关注的教师素质和能力包括教师职业道德、课堂教学能力、教育管理能力、教育态度和教育方式、教师风度等方面;城区和郊区学生对教师发展期望存在差异。为满足学生需求,确保高中新课改的顺利推进,高中教师发展应趋于多元化,注意城乡差异,有针对性地提升教师素质。
In the process of curriculum reform in ordinary senior high schools, the quality and ability of teachers have become an important topic of concern. Based on the questionnaire survey of the senior high school students ’expectations of teachers in Beijing, it is found that the quality and ability of the teachers who are most concerned about by the students include teachers’ professional ethics, classroom teaching ability, education management ability, education attitude and education mode, There are differences in teacher development expectations. In order to meet the needs of students and ensure the smooth progress of new curriculum reform in senior high school, the development of high school teachers should be diversified, pay attention to the differences between urban and rural areas, and improve the quality of teachers in a targeted manner.
