本文通过热响应实验,验证了FLUENT所建立三维非稳态地埋管系统的数值模型。在所建模型上,通过热短路不平衡系数定量分析了不同回填材料和流速对地埋管热短路现象的影响。根据热短路现象的强弱,针对3种代表性工况对隔板式地埋管换热器进行了模拟研究。研究结果表明:隔热板作为热短路现象的抑制措施对不同工况下的系统换热量的影响有较大差异。
In this paper, we verify the numerical model of three-dimensional unsteady buried pipe system established by FLUENT through thermal response experiment. On the model, the influence of different backfilling materials and flow velocity on the thermal short circuit of buried pipe was quantitatively analyzed by the thermal short circuit unbalance coefficient. According to the strength of the thermal short circuit phenomenon, the baffled underground heat exchangers were simulated for three representative conditions. The results show that the influence of the heat insulation board as a heat short circuit phenomenon on the system heat transfer under different conditions is quite different.
