本文应用色谱—质谱和顺磁共振方法,分析和鉴定了乙烯和丙烯等离子体聚合过程中气相冷凝物的组成。在ov—17,ov—101及FFAP毛细柱上色谱—质谱分析结果表明乙烯和丙烯等离子体聚合气相冷凝物分别由60多个和40多个组份组成。顺磁共振分析结果表明冷凝物中含有大量的稳定自由基。根据色谱—质谱和顺磁共振结果提出了乙烯和丙烯等离子体聚合反应机理。
In this paper, GC-MS and paramagnetic resonance methods were used to analyze and identify the composition of the gas phase condensate during the polymerization of ethylene and propylene. The results of chromatographic-mass spectrometry on ov-17, ov-101 and FFAP capillary columns showed that the plasma polymerization of ethylene and propylene gas phase condensate consists of more than 60 and more than 40 components, respectively. Paramagnetic resonance analysis results show that the condensate contains a large number of stable free radicals. The mechanism of plasma polymerization of ethylene and propylene was proposed based on the results of chromatography-mass spectrometry and paramagnetic resonance.
