为了合理设计粉锻连杆材料、提高其力学性能,采用粉末冶金和精密锻造工艺制造了不同Cu含量的铁基粉锻连杆。利用电子万能试验机、原子吸收仪和光学显微镜等仪器,研究了不同Cu含量对粉锻连杆力学性能和内部组织的影响。结果表明:随着Cu含量的增加,连杆的力学性能得到明显的提高,在Cu含量由2%增加到3%时,其拉伸屈服强度可提高12%,抗拉强度提高16%,塑性也有所提升;连杆金相组织中珠光体数量增加,且其片层状更加细密。
In order to rationally design forging forging rod materials and improve their mechanical properties, iron-based powder forging rods with different Cu contents were manufactured by powder metallurgy and precision forging process. The effects of different contents of Cu on the mechanical properties and internal microstructure of the powder forged connecting rod were studied by electronic universal testing machine, atomic absorption spectrometer and optical microscope. The results show that with the increase of Cu content, the mechanical properties of the rod are obviously improved. When Cu content increases from 2% to 3%, the tensile yield strength can be increased by 12%, the tensile strength by 16% But also increased. The amount of pearlite in the microstructure of the connecting rod increased, and its lamellar shape was more dense.
