针对花键连续冷冲击成形中装备所受载荷特性,基于碰撞理论、材料力学、疲劳可靠性原理,分析装备的受载情况,提出一种连续冲击成形花键过程中的载荷模拟办法,使载荷时域复现。利用ABAQUS与MATLAB拟合出受冲击工件的载荷谱,考虑冲量因素,分析对比了三种常用模拟波形载荷并选出最佳波形。建立装备关键零部件的力学模型,通过goodman曲线及可靠性理论预估S-N曲线,计算出易损件轴瓦的寿命,并与实验结果进行对比分析。结果表明,利用峰值为26 400 N,波形为类分段正弦波形的载荷计算出轴瓦的理论寿命,与实验测得的使用寿命基本相同,验证了模拟载荷的等效性,为今后装备的设计与实验提供可靠的载荷波形。
Aiming at the load characteristics of equipment in continuous cold impact forming of spline, based on the theory of collision, the mechanics of materials and the reliability of fatigue, the loading condition of equipment is analyzed and a load simulation method in the process of continuous impact forming spline is proposed.
