我厂YA7232A磨齿机的锥体铜轴承,有三条相隔120°的左螺旋不通槽(如图1所示)。过去,曾在SV18K捷克车床上进行车削加工;也曾在铣床上加装专用铣削装置作铣削加工,但因槽宽狭不一及深浅不同而不能符合图纸要求。由于螺旋槽的导程S=120mm,螺旋升角β=aretg(S/πd),又因该铜轴承是锥孔,所以各段的直径d是不同的,故螺旋升角是个变量。为计算方便起见,d_0取平均直径。即:d_0=(D+d)/2=(64+38)/2=51mm,则β=arctg120/(π×51)≈37°,所以刀具应有53°的刃倾角(图2)。试验证明:为了减少车削时的振动,需把车刀最低点G抬高0.8mm。这样,车刀与工件接触的最高点
