在磨削薄壁工件的内孔和端面时(见图1),为了减小夹紧变形,提高工件的尺寸和形状位置精度,减小校正辅助时间,我们采用如下简单易行的方法保证了磨削质量。首先按图2将方形吸铁表架座夹紧在三爪卡盘上,并校正端面的跳动量在0.01mm以内。在表座的侧面装上定位挡铁3(二件,点状更好),然后把工件吸在表座上粗校正后,紧固定位挡铁3。加工时,将工件吸住先磨内孔,后磨端面。利用吸铁表座开关2,控制工件的装卸,加工方便,精度高。
