当前,所谓“轻型”隔声结构在噪声控制中发挥了重要作用,但是也存在一些问题:1)所谓“轻结构”是相对传统的围护结构砖墙、混凝土墙而言,对于隔声罩的罩壁大多采用薄钢板,但其本身重量仍然是较重的.而在噪声控制中,有时不允许隔声结构有很大重量,需要更轻的结构.2)城市中的一些小工厂、小车间,由于空间位置的限制,隔声罩等的安装非常不便,需要一种能很方便地装拆的结构.3)对于一些外形复杂、管路较多的设备,有时隔声罩等难以拼装,需要一种拼装容易的结构.4)为了使居民环境达到国家标准,有时需要隔声罩等的隔声量为10～20dB(A)即可,这时仍采用钢质轻型结构,就未免“大材小用”了.这样就需要发展一种造价比较便宜、隔声量在10～20dB(A)范围的隔声结构.根据上述需要,我们研制成功了一种新型的隔声结构——软质隔声结构,并且已投入实际应用.
