通过对不同网络结构下节点知识流动行为和组织面临的激励困境进行分析得出:对聚类系数大的网络结构,应采取基于组织内部知识流动行为和共同业绩的整体激励模式;对聚类系数小的网络应采取基于节点行为和相对业绩比较的个体激励模式;对平均路径长度大的网络应采取结合信号传递的外在激励模式;对平均路径长度小的网络应采取内在激励模式,并关注轴心节点。组织需对网络结构的两个维度进行综合考虑,为促进组织内部网络的知识流动提供激励方案。
By analyzing the knowledge flow behaviors of nodes under different network structures and the incentive dilemmas faced by the organizations, it is concluded that for the network structure with large clustering coefficients, the overall incentive model based on the internal knowledge flow behavior and common performance of the organization should be adopted; and the clustering coefficient Small networks should adopt individual incentive model based on node behavior and relative performance comparison. For networks with large average path length, an external incentive model combining signal transmission should be adopted. For networks with small average path length, an internal incentive model should be adopted and attention should be paid to Axis node. Organizations need to consider two dimensions of the network structure in a holistic manner and provide incentives for facilitating the knowledge flow within the organization’s network.
