钢筋混凝土结构裂缝裂缝较宽较深时,会影响结构的抗渗性能,导致水分及有害物质的渗入,诱发钢筋锈蚀或加速混凝土的自然老化,从而损害工程结构的承载能力、使用功能和耐久性。混凝土结构产生宏观裂缝不外乎是由于混凝土原材料质量低劣、配合比选定不当;或是由于施工过程的施工方法有误或者工艺欠佳;或是由于设计原因;或对温度变化和混凝土收缩产生的拉应力估计不足;或混凝土已遭受腐蚀或重大损伤,结构存在严重薄弱环节,成为结构面临破坏的前兆。所以必须采取各种措施预防或减少产生宏观裂缝。

The macroscopic cracks in concrete structures are not due to the poor quality of concrete raw materials and inappropriate mix ratio selection; either due to the construction process’s wrong construction method or poor process; or due to design reasons; or to temperature changes and concrete shrinkage. The tensile stress is estimated to be insufficient; or the concrete has suffered corrosion or significant damage, and the structure has serious weaknesses, which is a precursor to structural damage. Therefore, various measures must be taken to prevent or reduce the occurrence of macroscopic cracks.
