最近,本刊组织有关人员对若干家眼镜零售店情况进行了一次较全面深刻的调查分析,发现在我国大中城市创办“眼镜零售店”出现以下几个新特点: 一、并非店越大越好 在一些人看来,只要资本充足,眼镜零售店的规模越大、越气派就越好,其实并非如此。眼镜零售店应有一个最佳经营规模,无论是营业面积、货物品种、数量、从业人员等,都应从当地实际情况出发。确定最佳经营规模应建立在这样两个因素基础上:一是店址所处地区的居民密度,二是街面流动
