教材、教法、教师是人才培养过程中不可或缺的三大要素,其中教师起着最为关键的作用。教师的教学方法、科研能力、业务素质和职业发展都对教学有着很大的促进作用。本文通过分析当前商务英语翻译教师职业发展现状,探讨其职业化发展的途径,以期对促进商务英语翻译教师的职业发展有所帮助。
Teaching materials, teaching methods, teachers are the three essential elements in the process of personnel training, in which teachers play the most crucial role. Teachers teaching methods, research capabilities, professional qualifications and career development have a great role in promoting teaching. This article analyzes the current situation of professional development of business English translators and probes into the way of their professional development, with a view to helping promote the professional development of business English translators.
