目的:研究龙眼参黄酮对犬急性心肌缺血时心外膜电图及心肌酶的影响。方法:采用麻醉开胸犬结扎左冠状动脉前降支(LAD)制备急性心肌缺血模型,观察龙眼参黄酮对心外膜电图(EECG)和心肌酶的影响。结果:龙眼参黄酮可减少缺血程度(∑-ST),降低缺血范围(N-ST),降低血清中磷酸肌酸激酶(CPK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的活性,降低血清中游离脂肪酸(FFA)、过氧化脂质(LPO)含量,提高超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物(GSH-Px)、一氧化氮(NO),一氧化氮合酶(NOS)的活性。结论:龙眼参黄酮对实验性心肌缺血犬心肌具有保护作用。
Objective: To study the effects of longan’s parametin on epicardiogram and myocardial enzymes in acute myocardial ischemia in dogs. Methods: The model of acute myocardial ischemia was established by ligating left anterior descending coronary artery (LAD) in anesthetized canine thoracotomy dogs. The effects of longan parametholon on the EECG and myocardial enzymes were observed. Results: Longan ginseng flavonoids can reduce the degree of ischemia (Σ-ST), reduce the extent of ischemia (N-ST), decrease the activity of serum creatine phosphokinase (CPK) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) Free fatty acid (FFA), lipid peroxidation (LPO) content, increase of superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), nitric oxide (NO), nitric oxide synthase (NOS) activity. Conclusion: Longyan ginseng flavonoids have protective effects on experimental myocardial ischemia in dogs.
