目的:研究楂芪降糖汤对糖尿病大鼠血糖及氧化应激的影响。方法:链脲佐菌素(STZ)腹腔注射诱导糖尿病大鼠模型,造模成功后分别以楂芪降糖汤(5.5,11,22 g·kg-1)、优降糖(5×10-3 g·kg-1)ig。治疗4周后,进行空腹血糖及抗氧化指标的检测。结果:与正常对照组比较,模型组大鼠空腹血糖(FBG)、血清丙二醛(MDA)含量明显升高,血清过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性则明显降低(P<0.05),而楂芪降糖汤可以降低糖尿病大鼠FBG及MDA的含量,还可提高其血清CAT,SOD的活性(P<0.05)。结论:楂芪降糖汤具有明显降糖作用,其作用机制可能与降低氧化应激水平有关。
Objective: To study the effects of haw ji jiang tang tang decoction on blood glucose and oxidative stress in diabetic rats. Methods: Diabetic rats were induced by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin (STZ). The rats were induced with STZ (5.5, 11, 22 g · kg-1), hypoglycemic (5 × 10- 3 g · kg -1) ig. After 4 weeks of treatment, fasting blood glucose and anti-oxidants were measured. Results: Compared with the normal control group, the levels of fasting blood glucose (FBG) and serum malondialdehyde (MDA) in the model group were significantly increased, and the activities of serum catalase (CAT) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) (P <0.05). However, hawthorn Jiangtang decoction can reduce the content of FBG and MDA in diabetic rats, and also increase the activity of serum CAT and SOD (P <0.05). Conclusion: Hawthorn Jiangtangtang decoction has obvious hypoglycemic effect, its mechanism may be related to the reduction of oxidative stress.
