对即将在南方电网建立的高压直流远方集中控制中心的发展规划、实施方案等进行探讨,并对所涉及的集控中心的定位和管理方案、自动化管理模式、监控与数据采集(SCADA)系统、通信及信息交换等关键技术进行分析。研究认为,对多个直流系统进行集中控制在技术上是可行的,集控中心的建设完善可以分成3个阶段来实施。直流控制中心的建立有利于将直流系统的控制从目前较低层次的局部控制,逐步向直流高级辅助控制和立足于全电网的交直流协调控制方向推进。
The development planning and implementation plan of the HVDC remote centralized control center to be established in CSG will be discussed. According to the research, it is technically feasible to centrally control multiple DC systems. The improvement of the centralized control center can be implemented in three stages.
