随着我国经济建设的不断发展,目前我国人民的生活水平也在不断提升,同时对中医医疗服务提出了更高要求。正是由于这种特点,中医医院也需要在职业化管理上进行关注。通过职业化管理的方式,能够保证到中医医院的医疗服务更加完善和规范,可以对患者提供更优质的医疗服务。但对于目前我国中医医院职业化管理的过程进行分析可以发现,在此过程中仍然存在有较多的问题,而为了保证到我国中医医院职业化管理能够正常进行,需要对其中的一些问题进行分析,从而使中医医院走上可持续发展的道路。
