目的:研究探讨中药口溃1号方联合康复新液治疗口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法:选取我院收治的口腔溃疡患者78例,将其随机分为两组,每组39例。对照组患者给予康复新液治疗,治疗组患者在对照组的基础上给予中药口溃1号方联合治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果以及症状改善情况、溃疡愈合时间。结果:治疗组患者和对照组患者的治疗有效率分别为92.3%和74.4%,治疗3 d后,治疗组患者的溃疡直径(0.76±0.34 mm)、疼痛程度得分(0.56±0.45分)、总积分(1.33±0.75分)、积分下降指数(87.78±9.65%),指标显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者的痊愈时间,3天内治愈率分别是51.3%和20.5%,治疗组患者显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:口溃1号方联合康复新液治疗口腔溃疡的治疗有疗效高,能缩短溃疡愈合时间,有效改善临床症状。
Objective: To study the clinical curative effect of Chinese medicine Koufu No.1 combined with Kangfuxinye on the treatment of oral ulcer. Methods: Seventy-eight patients with oral ulcer admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, 39 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with Kangfuxin solution, and patients in the treatment group were given combined treatment of Chinese medicine Koufu No.1 on the basis of the control group. The clinical effects and symptom improvement of the two groups were compared, and the ulcer healing time was compared. Results: The effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 92.3% and 74.4% respectively. After 3 days of treatment, the ulcer diameter (0.76 ± 0.34 mm), the pain score (0.56 ± 0.45) and the total pain score (1.33 ± 0.75 points), integral decline index (87.78 ± 9.65%), the index was significantly better than the control group (P <0.05). The healing time of the two groups was 51.3% and 20.5% within 3 days, respectively, and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Oral ulcer prescription combined with Kangfuxin solution in the treatment of oral ulcer has a high curative effect, which can shorten the ulcer healing time and effectively improve the clinical symptoms.
