班轮船期表载明的船舶到达卸货港的时间是海上货物运输合同的重要条件,对承托双方具有约束力。到达卸货港的时间与交付货物的时间有密切关系,对确定承运人迟延交付的责任具有参考价值。迟延到达与迟延交货损害索赔的法律主体、诉因等具有特殊性。
The time when a vessel named in a liner schedules arrives at the port of discharge is an important condition for the contract of carriage of goods by sea and is binding on both parties to the contract. The arrival time at the port of discharge is closely related to the time of delivery of the goods and is of reference value in determining the responsibility of the carrier for delay in delivery. The law subjects, cause of action and so on of delay claiming and late delivery damage claim are of particularity.
