近年来,崇明中学遵循素质教育要求,顺应课程改革趋势,适切学生发展需要,以“主动·有效课堂”文化建设为抓手,聚焦课堂问题,统筹教学资源,优化教师“教”和学生“学”的行为;着力破解了制约有效教学的瓶颈问题,全面提升了学校的课程领导力与教师的课程执行力,持续增强了教育质量和课堂文化。过去的一年中,学校荣获全国第三届和谐校园先进学校、全国教育科研先进单位、全国中小学图书馆先进集体、上海市艺术教育特色学校、上海市体教结合先进单位等多项荣誉称号。科研引领,厘清学校“管”的问题“主动·有效课堂”是崇明县教育局提出的新的教育命题。具体到教学的各个环节,教师如何重构教学内容,如何指导学生预习,如何导入新课,如何进行课堂提问,如何讲评试卷,如何构建和谐的师生关系,等等,这些问题都需要进行缜密的思考和深入的研究。只有在教育科研的引领下,才能真正厘清学校在教学管理上存在的问题,切实解决在课堂教学中出现的困惑。正是基于这一思考,我们新近申报了“农村高中以自主发展为核心的课程设计与实施的实践研究”的课题,希望通过课题研
