一、水平巷道掘进:最近苏联試制成功一种在水平巷道中浇筑混凝土的联合挖进設备(用以浇筑混凝土(石旋))。这种設备,由定型(石旋)胎模板部分、混凝土运輸及浇筑部分和仪表及电气部分組成。定型(石旋)胎模板共五节,全长10m(試驗时的巷道净断面为10.28m~2及9.04m~2两种单軌巷道)。为了适应掘进的需要,使用了可以調节的(石旋)胎模板,如拱(石旋)部分有400mm的伸縮余地。采用这种模板,可以防止巷道超挖时混凝土消耗量的增大。
First, the level of roadway excavation: The Soviet Union recently successfully implemented a joint digging equipment (for concrete pouring (stone rock)) in the horizontal roadway pouring concrete. This equipment consists of a stereotyped template part, concrete transportation and pouring parts, and instrumentation and electrical parts. There are five sections of the stereotyped (stone-spinning) tire template, and the total length is 10m (the roadway net cross section is 10.28m~2 and 9.04m~2 of two single-aisle lanes during the test). In order to adapt to the need of excavation, an adjustable (stone-rotating) tire template was used, such as an arch (spin) portion with a 400 mm extension. With this type of formwork, it is possible to prevent the increase in concrete consumption when the roadway is over-excavated.
